Build-Only
Some clients come to us with design plans in hand, eager for us to transform them into their Cedar & Oak dream home. We work closely with them, building their home with the attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care that defines every project.
Spec Homes
Certain clients want a C&O home but don’t have the time or bandwidth for a process that can take years, depending on the project’s scope. That’s where our spec homes come in. Designed, built, and furnished by our team, these homes are available throughout Austin and the Texas Hill Country.
Interiors & Architecture
As a design-first firm, we love when clients partner with us on architecture, interior design, or both. From our in-house architect drafting plans to our interior designers leading material selections and final finishes, we take pride in guiding clients through every step of the process.
Furnishings
For select clients who already own a home but need help filling it with high-end furnishings and finishes, we offer tailored design solutions. Our expertise ensures every detail reflects their style and elevates their living space.

STEP 4. FURNISHING & DÉCOR Our furnishings and décor are thoughtfully curated. We source pieces that compliment our client’s style while also enhancing the home’s atmosphere. Soft finishes, like upholstery, rugs, and window treatments, add the final layer of warmth and cohesion. This tailored approach ensures a polished, inviting space that feels both personal and complete.
